By accessing and using LeadMind, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Use License

Permission is granted to download and use LeadMind for personal or commercial lead management purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use LeadMind only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Use the app to transmit malicious code

Data Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lead data. We recommend regularly backing up your data using the export feature.

Disclaimer

LeadMind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

Snazzerra Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of LeadMind.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
